HOW HOODPETZ WORKS

  1. 01MINTPay ETH for one of 5,000 eggs. DNA (species, palette, eyes, rarity) is committed at deploy and revealed later.
  2. 02HATCHBurn 50,000 $PETZ. 50% is destroyed. 50% becomes juice for activated pets. The egg becomes a Baby in an ERC-6551 backpack.
  3. 03CAREHunger, happiness, hygiene, and energy decay over time. Feed, play, clean, sleep, heal. Neglect kills.
  4. 04DRESSBuy skins, hats, furniture into the TBA. Selling the NFT sells the closet. Level-ups are 100% burned.
  5. 05EVOLVEXP unlocks Teen, Adult, Elder burn ceremonies. Pick 1 of 3 traits. Higher stage = more vault weight.
  6. 06RARITYEgg rarity is sealed in DNA. Higher rolls glow harder, earn more of every burn, decay slower, and get stronger care. Rare+ eggs carry extra lives. Ten 1/1 eggs in the whole 5,000 burn with a legendary fire-and-ice aura.
  7. 07JUICEOpen the vault. Rank is earned by staying alive — Stray, Vet at 7 days, OG at 30, Boss at 90, Immortal at 180. You cannot buy a higher rank. Weight = stage × streak × gear × rank × rarity. Other players' burns flow to you for 30 days.
